Our client portfolio includes the Hackney Learning Trust with whom we have carried out several projects.
Ann Tayler Centre
We have conducted a number of FM tasks with the Ann Tayler Centre including the sourcing of suppliers and manufacturers for a number of projects. These include fencing replacement, tree surgery, landscaping/grounds maintenance, fitted furniture replacement, plumbing repairs, ventilation/air conditioning installation/maintenance and boiler servicing/statutory testing. We understand the needs of healthcare premises which enables us to provide rapid response to breakdowns and emergencies.
We have also serviced Hackney Learning Trust centres, Gayhurst Community School, The Tomlinson Centre and Kingsmead School. For these establishments, we carried out hard services FM including maintenance and statutory testing for ventilation, air conditioning and boiler servicing.
The Key to Success
In these educational facilities, we need to make sure, where at all possible that we carry out PPM and any reactive repairs outside school hours. This minimises the impact on the students and teachers allowing them to focus on their studies.
St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School & Davies Lanes Primary School
Delivering both scheduled and reactive repairs, we service schools on behalf of the London Borough of Waltham Forest via NPS. These Schools include St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School, Walthamstow and Davies Lane Primary school in Leyton.
At St Patrick’s Primary School, we installed a Mitsubishi air conditioning heat pump system coupled with new thermostatic radiator valves. What’s more, we modernised the water heater, ensuring a more compact and efficient unit. Meanwhile at Davies Lane Primary School, we repaired the air source heat pump system.
