Woodford FM manages its own team highly skilled Contract Managers and Mechanical Engineers. The Manager and Engineers have extensive knowledge in Facilities Hard services and Energy Centres. This ensures all our clients get a trouble free service to the highest standard.

Our comprehensive 24 hour/365 days per year call out service is guaranteed to minimise disturbance to our clients. We always have someone on hand to provide an extensive range of services, from urgent boiler breakdowns, heating/electrical/plumbing issues to maintenance, pipework repairs, system cleaning and testing. What’s more, we offer fully integrated maintenance packages for plant and equipment. This includes compliance management, addressing any necessary certification for building services such as PAT testing, district heating systems, dilapidation reports, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and all statutory tests.

We use the latest and most innovative FM software. For instance, we are able to store comprehensive asset details for each site and supply detailed notes for each task. Our service engineers access this information from their handheld devices and we can immediately deploy jobs to their tablets. Once the engineers accept the jobs the system guides them to the job enabling the office to give live updates to our clients. Once an asset has been repaired, our service engineer signs off the job electronically and the office / client can access the information immediately.

The software's modules benefit our clients. For example, the web module enables our customers to log in and view job statuses.
